Benson "Smooth" Henderson and Donald "Cowboy" Cerrone are from WEC but they win UFC fighters. Pettis fought in the UFC so rarely and he beat only Benson Henderson and Donald Cerrone among top fighters, top WEC fighters in the past. Pettis and Melendez bout is collision of 2 big worlds and the winner puts an end to question which organization was stronger in the Lightweights: WEC or Strikeforce.
